Laura Joyce Leavitt: A Little Note for My Amazing Husband

Kaden and I started dating in February 2008, we were married in February of 2009, and have been living a crazy experienced filled life ever since. We are active in church, school, work, our hobbies, fixing up our home, and spending time with our families. For now we are living in Cedar City UT and loving everything about it but the snow. I recently decided that i needed some more purpose in my blog rather than just writing the random happenings of our life. Each week i am going to try and write about something that Kaden and I have learned, lived and loved through out the week. Hope you enjoy it!

I've come to the conclusion that if having things turn out the way you wanted them to is a measure of a successful life, then some would say I'm a failure. the important thing is not to be bitter over life's disappointments. Learn to let go of the past, And recognize that every day won't be sunny, and when you find yourself lost in the darkness and despair, remember it's only in the black of night you see the stars. And those stars will lead you back home. So don't be afraid to make mistake, to stumble, and to fall, cause most of the time, the greatest rewards come from doing the things that scare you the most.
